For refurbished servers, we offer a 90-day warranty on the server from Hosting Server Solutions and a 1-year warranty on server parts. Additionally, refurbished products like switches come with a 90-day warranty. Our warranty terms are designed to offer peace of mind, ensuring that you’re fully covered in the unlikely event of any issues with your server equipment.

   Product Returns and Exchanges 

At Hosting Server Solutions, If you need to return or exchange a product, please follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

    1. Condition of Return: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened packaging and in brand new condition with serial number mentioned. We cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are defective.
    2. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. Please ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit. 

  Conditions for Product Replacement

If you encounter any issues with your product, we are here to help. Our replacement policy is as follows:

    1. Service Period: Out-of-warranty service is available for up to 2 years beyond the warranty expiration. This ensures you have continued access to support and maintenance.
